Welcome

The Dubuque Soil & Water Conservation District helps guide the soil and water conservation programs in the county

and has the opportunity to influence state and national conservation programs.
Conservation Districts establish conservation priorities, approve soil conservation plans, resolve soil loss complaints, establish acceptable soil loss limits,  assist in the management of district funds and personnel, and publish annual reports.


Mission Statement: To protect, conserve and restore the natural resources of Dubuque County for present and future generations by actively seeking resources and partnerships to promote Soil Co​nservation and improve Water Quality.
