​Dubuque SWCD with assistance from USDA Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) and Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship-Division of Soils (IDALS-DSL), address the natural resources that are the most critical for Dubuque County.

The Dubuque SWCD offers various cost share programs that help producers and landowners pay for eligible conservation projects that benefit the water, soil, air, landscapes, and habitats. ​The services the Dubuque SWCD provides are customized to suit the needs of local communities, properties, and the environment.
